Below is a brief introduction to some of our Damien Roche Fitness team. We are very lucky to have such a caring group at the core of your Damien Roche Fitness experience. When you walk in and immediately feel like you belong, it is because of the undefinable extras that our staff and instructors do, on a daily basis. They really do care and want to show you how to stay motivated and how best to reach your goals.
Lorraine Gebbia has been working in the Fitness industry for over 31 years as an Ace certified personal Trainer. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and enjoys working with people from all fitness levels from beginners to bodybuilders. Lorraine is a graduate of Brooklyn College receiving a bachelor’s degree in Psychology which she feels has benefited her as a trainer.
“Fitness begins in the mind. The mind and body are connected. Many of our fitness obstacles begin in the mind and we have to change the way we think before we can change the way we feel.”
She also believes that a healthy diet is essential to achieving total wellness.
“You can easily sabotage a great training program by having a poor diet.”
Originally from Brooklyn NY, Lorraine has lived in Milford PA for over 15 years with her husband and three children.
Sandra Partridge is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America since 2000. She teaches classes such as *Spin, weight training, Stability Ball, Boot Camp and interval training style classes, as well as proper stretching techniques. The classes appeal to those who want to learn how to safely improve muscle strength and endurance, strengthen the core, improve balance, function ability and learn proper stretching for injury prevention.
Sandy received Yoga certification through the Ha-Tha Yoga Training Method in 2012. She completed Massage Therapy Certification in 2006 and is licensed in PA and NJ and has been running a private practice for over 10 years. Her office is currently located next door to Damien Roche Fitness, below Novacare Physical Therapy (formally Pike PT).
Her treatments are primarily for those who are recovering from an injury, post surgical pain and scar tissue as well as chronic pain caused by stress, sports and overuse. She is also a Certified Nutritional Consultant through The American Association of Nutritional Consultants since 2010. The nutritional practice is about educating clients what is best for their unique nutritional needs and incorporating easy ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Leonora Kelsey is a Former dancer and aerobic instructor. She came to this gym 5 years ago, to study weight training and yoga, and is now proud to give back all that she has gained!

Deb Stevens is an AFAA® Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Mad Dogg Spin® Level 2 instructor. Deb finds the combination of the two certifications to be a great fit allowing her to use the knowledge of both in developing programs and encouraging client’s fitness goals. Most recently Deb has become a Kettlebell AMP'D certified Instructor and is the first Instructor to offer this great class in our area. She is passionate about instructing and pushing her client’s limits whether in spin class to reach peak performance through sprints and climbs or group/personal training with strengthen their bodies and minds. Deb is an avid cyclist, runner, swimmer…wife and mother of two children. She is also the principal owner of Almega Consulting where she helps businesses in re-structuring, re-organization and business analysis of resources. “Hammer Down. . .and Pick it up!”
