Join the fun every Saturday morning at 6:30am.
This training session is accessible to most fitness levels, with modifications available for most activities. Everyone in the room will have ample opportunity to test themselves both physically and mentally. Each week the workouts are varied, and involve teamwork, partner exercises as well as personal challenges.
Being onsite and ready to go at 6:30am on a Saturday morning is a win in itself. You make it to that obstacle and you are already in a mindset to crush it. You, and everyone there training with you have committed to a tough training session. These are the people you want to surround yourself with when your fighting for a personal best, or holding a plank until your teammate finishes a set of exercises. We also have free reign of the whole facility, gym floor and fitness studios (and outdoors) as our playground before our regular members arrive at 8:00am.
And leaving at 8:00am having done your work for the day, before your friends/families roll out of bed is a great feeling.
